Accelerate the promotion of new energy smart vehicle technology improvement and cost reduction to meet the application needs of various scenarios. In accordance with the concept of shared charging facilities, the layout and construction of charging and replacement infrastructure and hydrogen refueling stations will be coordinated to meet the energy supply needs of new energy vehicles in different regions, models, and stages, and provide basic guarantees for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles. Promote the addition of new energy vehicle charging and swapping infrastructure in transportation service stations such as expressway service areas.
