Recently, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Jiyuan Demonstration Zone officially issued the "Guidelines for the Planning and Management of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines").

The "Guidelines" make it clear that the proportion of charging facilities parking spaces for newly approved residential projects shall not be less than 10%, and the remaining parking spaces shall be reserved for the installation conditions of charging facilities; large public buildings are equipped with parking lots, and the proportion of charging facilities parking spaces in social public parking lots shall not be Less than 10%, of which the proportion of newly built shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, office buildings and other large public buildings with parking lots and social public parking lots with charging facilities and parking spaces is not less than 15%; government agencies, public Institutions, enterprises and institutions shall build a charging facility parking space ratio of not less than 15% according to the plan. The overall requirements of the Guidelines are higher than the provincial standards.

At present, there are 3 communities that have built charging pile facilities in accordance with the requirements of the "Guidelines", and nearly 300 charging pile facilities have been built.
