Refinement ratio: clarify direct construction and reserved conditions

The "Technical Regulations" classifies the proportion of direct construction and reserved conditions for charging facilities in new residential buildings, office buildings, commercial buildings, public parking lots and other buildings in Chengdu. Among them, the proportion of direct construction of residential buildings is 20%, the proportion of reserved conditions is 80%, and the proportion of direct construction of office buildings, commercial buildings and public parking lots is 25%, 20%, and 20% respectively, and the reserved conditions are implemented according to the design proportion.

At the same time, the engineering practice of direct construction and reserved conditions should be further refined. In the direct construction, charging piles should be installed in the parking spaces to meet the direct charging needs. The reserved conditions should be installed on power supply and distribution facilities such as transformers, trunk cables, and power distribution cabinets. In place, lay the power supply facilities such as pipelines and bridges to the parking space, and reserve the installation location of the meter box and charging equipment to meet the needs of direct meter installation and electricity connection.

Achieving the goal: charging piles are "affordable and well used"

According to the "Technical Regulations", electric vehicle charging facilities should be set up in accordance with the principle of combination of near-term and short-term, fast and slow charging; slow charging equipment should be set up in accordance with the principle of residential construction, and the rated power of residential charging equipment for personal use should not exceed 7kW; the combination of fast and slow charging equipment in public buildings can be based on Need to set up dedicated or public charging equipment.

The electric vehicle charging system should have the function of time-sharing and off-peak charging, promote the use of intelligent charging piles, and implement intelligent and orderly charging. Off-peak charging.

At the same time, the power load requirements of charging facilities are optimized and adjusted. According to the general principle of reserving long-term development needs without causing waste, according to the technical development status of charging facilities and long-term demand estimates, referring to relevant national industry design specifications, combined with actual operation data, Optimize and adjust the load calculation formula and coefficient value of the power supply and distribution system of the charging facility. On the premise of ensuring the safety of the power supply, the electric vehicle charging demand of the newly built community can be met from the design source.
