The "Technical Regulations" classifies the proportion of direct construction and reserved conditions for charging facilities in new residential buildings, office buildings, commercial buildings, public parking lots and other buildings in Chengdu. Among them, the proportion of direct construction of residential buildings is 20%, the proportion of reserved conditions is 80%, and the proportion of direct construction of office buildings, commercial buildings and public parking lots is 25%, 20%, and 20% respectively, and the reserved conditions are implemented according to the design proportion.
