1. Promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional gas stations. By the end of 2022, all qualified traditional gas stations will be equipped with three or more charging piles.

On June 14, the Suining Municipal People's Government Office issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for Energy Development of Suining City". It is mentioned in the plan that by 2025, the city will strive to build 459 charging and swapping stations and 17,783 charging piles. Among them, 338 public charging stations and 1,895 public charging piles will be built; 8 bus-specific charging stations and 158 bus-specific charging piles will be constructed; 113 auxiliary charging stations and 15,730 charging piles will be built. It is planned to build 9 power exchange stations and configure 26 power exchange stations.
