The "Planning" requires that in the near-term public charging infrastructure configuration standards, the ratio of public charging piles to electric vehicles should not be less than 1:12; every 2,000 electric vehicles should build at least one public charging station; , Public institutions and enterprises and institutions use internal parking lot resources to build charging infrastructure or reserve construction and installation conditions, and open them to the public in staggered peaks; encourage property service companies to participate in the construction and operation management of charging infrastructure in residential quarters.
