It is planned to accelerate the formation of highways with "fixed charging facilities as the main body and mobile charging facilities as supplements" in accordance with the principle of "piling stations first, promoting demand by supply, adjusting measures to local conditions, advancing by classification, wide coverage, moderately advanced, universal and open, intelligent and efficient" A network of charging facilities to continuously meet the growing demand for electric vehicle charging.
